To receive a refund: Your package must be postmarked for return within 7 business days of the delivery date of your original package. All items returned must be in NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, UNWASHED, and with ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. Once your return is processed, it may take up to 5-8 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used. IMPORTANT: please email email@example.com to notify us of your return.
Exchanges: We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will pull it for you. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. After receiving your return, we will email you with the exact shipping amount for your exchanged item(s).
